Shanghai Qingxing Leyu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established on June 7, 2023, with registered capital of RMB 5 million. Its core team began investing in and operating charging infrastructure through debt-financing structures in 2019, then began investing its own capital in charging-station projects in June 2023.
The company profile records experience operating more than 800 charging connectors, primarily across three provinces in East China, together with more than 300 connectors owned or under construction across Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang.
